Injured workers navigating a claim, a denial, or an employer dispute.
Workers' compensation is procedurally complicated, it varies significantly by state, and the people inside it are usually out of work and short of money. Most enquiries arrive at a specific point of friction, a claim has been denied, benefits have stopped, an employer is disputing that the injury happened at work, or a return-to-work assessment has gone badly.
Those friction points are where representation actually helps, and they are what we build campaigns around. Generic 'injured at work?' messaging produces volume and very little of it is at a stage where an attorney can add anything.
The single most useful thing to establish is where in the process the caller is. An injury that has not been reported to the employer yet needs different advice from a denied claim heading to a hearing. Some attorneys want early-stage claimants, others only want denials and disputes.
We capture injury date, whether the injury was reported and when, current claim status, whether benefits are being paid, employment type, and the state the injury occurred in. Employment type matters more than it looks, independent contractors are frequently outside the system entirely, and identifying that before a transfer saves a conversation that cannot go anywhere.
Injured workers with stopped benefits are financially exposed, and that makes them a target for the less careful end of legal marketing. Fee structures get misrepresented, outcomes get implied, and urgency gets manufactured.
We do not imply outcomes, we do not misstate how attorney fees work in this category, and we make clear that the caller is reaching a service that connects them with a firm. Where a caller's situation is outside what our buyers handle, they are told rather than transferred to fill a quota.
Workers' compensation suits attorneys with state-specific expertise and intake staff who can assess claim stage quickly.
Set at onboarding and written down. Changing any of it is a conversation, not a silent adjustment.
Yes. Claim stage is a screening question and you can accept denials and disputes while excluding unreported or early-stage injuries.
Tell us which side you are on and what you are trying to grow. We will come back with a scoped test campaign, the filters we would apply, and what we would need from you to run it properly.
Start on a capped test campaign. If the calls do not meet the standard we agreed, you do not pay for them.
